You'll get an email with next steps from: orders@mail.tokentransit.com subject line “Redeem Your Transit Pass for Grand Valley Transit”!
Access the email from your phone and tap "Redeem Now"
You will be prompted to download the Token Transit app if you haven't already and set up your account
Once your account is set up, tap on the pass and tap "Start My Trip" to activate your pass
If you don't have access to your @mavs.coloradomesa.edu or @coloradomesa.edu email on your phone or you're using another device:
Enter your student/staff @mavs.coloradomesa.edu or @coloradomesa.edu email below
Once you click the "Send Pass" button, you'll get a message that includes a url with a unique code at the end after the = sign https://tokentransittest.com/link/redeem?code=TW6VMHLVI.
Download the Token Transit app from the Apple or Google app store and create an account
Tap "Redeem Code"
Enter the code and tap "Next"
Your pass will successfully redeem to your account
Tap on the pass and tap "Start My Trip" to activate your pass
