Pay for Golden Empire Transit passes using the Token Transit app. Token Transit is fast and convenient, getting you where you need to go with ease.
Anyone may purchase any fare listed above. However, the following fares can only be used by qualifying riders and may require ID to board.
GET’s identification card, a Medicare Card or a California ID Card as proof of age, are required in order to pay a reduced fare.

Passes can be used at any time after purchase. Purchased passes are stored in the "Stored Passes" section of the app. The countdown does not begin until after the pass is first used. For more information on how to use the app, checkout our video tutorial.
|Single Ride||Single ride is only good for one bus and no transfers. Not valid for X92|
|Day||The Day Pass is good for unlimited rides during one day. Not Valid for x92|
|15 Day||The 15 Day Pass is good for unlimited rides during the 15 day period. Not valid for X92|
|31 Day||The 31 Day Pass is good for unlimited rides during the 31 day period. Not valid for x92|
|Express Single Ride||Single ride is only good for one bus and no transfer|
|Express Day||The Day Pass is good for unlimited rides during one day.|
|Express 31 Day Pass||Monthly pass is good for unlimited rides during one calendar month.|
|GET-a-Lift One Trip||A single ride pass is only good for one GET-A-Lift ride. Not valid for X92.|
|GET-a-Lift Ten Trip||The 10 ride pass is a punch pass good for 10 GET-A-Lift rides. Not valid for X92.|
|Single Ride - $3||Single ride is only good for one way 0-3 miles and no transfers. Only valid for On-Demand.|

If you have a new phone number and need your passes transferred from your old phone number, please submit a support request. Please provide your old and new phone numbers
Your account is tied to the phone number that you first used to log into the Token Transit app. You will receive an SMS message to verify your phone number when you log in.
If you lost access to your phone number and would like to access previously purchased passes, contact us.
If you need to contact Token Transit, you will receive the fastest response by submitting a request using the link below. Token Transit staff work quickly to ensure that your requests are responded to in a timely manner and that your concerns are addressed.
Token Transit responds fastest to requests submitted online. If you are unable to submit a request online, we also can be reached via email, SMS, and voicemail. It may take significantly longer to receive a response via these methods.
If you cannot submit a request via support request form, you can email Token Transit support at email@example.com. When you send an email, please include your name and the phone number that you've used to create your account. If you do not include this information we may not be able to address your issue.
Token Transit is a mobile ticketing app that lets you pay for and ride public transit with your phone. We partner with transit agencies across the country to offer fare payment for your public transit agency in our app.
With the Token Transit app, you purchase, activate and board using just your phone. All of your passes are stored in the cloud, and retrievable on any mobile device.
Active passes will be displayed under “passes in use,” which immediately appears when the Token Transit app is opened. They display a “time left” section with time remaining until the pass expires. Passes that have not been activated yet will be displayed under “stored passes,” and can be stored as long as you like.
Currently Token Transit accepts credit, debit or a prepaid debit cards as forms of payment as well as Apple Pay on iOS devices. We are looking into additional methods of letting users pay for the bus through our app. Contact us to let us know how you would like to pay.
We are a convenient alternative to existing forms of payment. If you do not have a credit or debit card you can always continue to use your current method to pay for transit fares.
