Only pre-approved passengers can purchase reduced fares (Youth age 6 to 17, Citizens with disabilities, Medicare cardholders, and Citizens age 65 and older). Riders can be approved for reduced fares at the TARC Customer Service kiosk located at 1000 W. Broadway, Louisville, KY 40203. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. For more information, call (502) 585-1234.
