ID Required Rockford Mass Transit offers free rides for students in grades K – 12 with a valid school issued photo ID or an RMTD issued Student Photo ID. If a student needs an RMTD photo ID, the cost is $2.00. ID’s can be purchased at either RMTD Transfer Center location. Student must show proof of enrollment in a K-12 curriculum. Students with valid ID’s can ride for free. Students in K-12 without an ID pay $.75 per ride. |

ID Required Any person with a Medicare Card can qualify for reduced fare service on the RMTD system. Riders must first obtain the appropriate RMTD photo ID. To get an RMTD issued Disabled ID, complete the form at rmtd.org/tickets/fares and bring the form and $5.00 to a RMTD Transfer Center. |
| Paratransit Certified ADA Riders Only |
ID Required Any person wishing to utilizes the Paratransit service must first have their eligibility certified by Rockford Paratransit and then must be registered into the system. Rockford Paratransit’s service area is equivalent to the RMTD fixed route system. In compliance with the ADA, service for Paratransit is therefore available ¾ of a mile beyond the RMTD Fixed Route system and/or jurisdictional boundaries. |

All Day Unlimited Ride Passes are valid until midnight. |
| 7 Day Unlimited Ride Pass |
Seven day unlimited passes are valid for 7 consecutive days. Not transferable. Unlimited Ride passes may only be used by the purchaser. Valid only on RMTD. |
| 30 Day Unlimited Ride Pass |
30 day unlimited passes are valid for 30 consecutive days after first use and expire at midnight on the 30th day. Not transferable. Unlimited Ride passes may only be used by the purchaser. Valid only on RMTD. |
| 1 Single Ride Ticket |
Valid for a single ride. Ticket will display for 15 minutes. |
| 10 Ride Ticket |
Pack of 10 passes, each valid for 15 minutes after first use. |
